Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting, or relevant.
• Minimum 2 years to 5 years working experience in accounting related field, preferably
  in audit industry.
• Hand-on experience and knowledge in SOX (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good documentation skills.

Job Scopes:

• Assist and manage the company’s SOX (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance
  procedures.
• Ensure appropriate internal controls over financial reporting and related business processes.
• Identify shortcomings and improve controls procedures.
• Actively involved in SOX procedures implementation to enhance internal controls.
• Acts as support to ICFR & Business Planning Section.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks allocated by superior.
