Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any fields
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply

- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Friendly and has good organization skills
- Fast leaner and quick thinker
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members
- Proficient ability to detect error
Job Scopes:
We are looking for a admin coordinator to assist with the sales & project engineer. The responsibilities include maintaining order and liaising with customer and to ensure all order is deliver successfully:
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Manage after sales job responsibilities.
- Supporting sales personnel and Proposal engineer and manager to prepare documentation based on the info provided.
- Document holders
- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

- Salary Range: RM 2,000 to RM 2,500
